Renaissance dancing is my favorite form of exercise. It has so many things I love - music, dancing, costumes (sometimes), and socializing with friends. We study different dances from the Renaissance, from stately almans to lively English country dances. Some of the dances we know are listed here (titles are spelled by period rules):
